BROWNING'S X BOLT HITS THE UK
Created on 17th June 2009

The new X Bolt rifle from Browning has arrived in the UK. Named Rifle of the Year for 2009 by the NRA of America, the X Bolt is set to rival the likes of the Tikka T3 and Sako 85.
During extensive journalist testing the X Bolt has fared well, living up to Browning's promise of shooting 1MOA at 100 yards.
A host of features not seen before in Browning rifles set the X Bolt apart from its predecessors, including a removable rotary magazine, a new inflex butt pad which deflects recoil away from the cheek and a rubberised Dura Touch finish. It is factory threaded, has an adjustable feather trigger from 3lb-5lb and a removable bolt with top tang safety catch.
Importer BWM Arms will initially only be bringing the Stainless Stalker model in limited calibres to our shores. The X Bolt is set to retail at £799.
